zestlom.com is operated by zestlom.com, a private entrepreneur (PE), 23 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine, EDRPOU 32844929; info@zestlom.com; +380 732 092 4513. Under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, this is disclosed before you place an order.
2. Use of the website
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.
3. Orders, price and delivery
Before you order, we provide the pre-contractual information required by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023: business identity, service characteristics, price, delivery and dispute resolution. Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise.
4. Advertising
Advertising here complies with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996: it is truthful, identifiable as advertising, and does not mislead.
5. Personal data and cookies

Under Law No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, send complaints to info@zestlom.com. You may also appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.

We are not liable for indirect losses to the extent permitted by law; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
