Rental Terms and Conditions

These Rental Terms and Conditions govern all vehicle rentals from zestlom.com. By booking, you accept these terms.

1. Provider Identification

Under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, we provide our business identity before you place an order: zestlom.com, PE, 23 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine, info@zestlom.com, +380 732 092 4513, EDRPOU 32844929.

2. Rental Requirements

Minimum age: 21. Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years. Security deposit required at pickup; refundable after return subject to vehicle condition. Mileage limits apply per rental day; excess charged per km. Fuel: full-to-full; refueling charges apply. Basic insurance included; damage exceeding deductible may be charged. Return at agreed time/location; late fees apply; vehicle must be clean and in same condition, normal wear excepted.

3. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, you may file complaints via info@zestlom.com or +380 732 092 4513. If unresolved, you may appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.

4. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data as necessary for the rental and, where required, based on consent. Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 4196-IX of 25.04.2025, non-essential cookies and trackers require prior informed consent. A cookie banner and privacy policy are available.

5. Advertising

All advertising is truthful and identifiable. Under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996, we do not mislead about rental terms or vehicle condition.
