Full-to-full. The car leaves with a full tank and must return full; we charge only the missing litres at the pump price on the day of return.
Minimum age 23, licence held for at least 2 years, and identification plus licence plus payment card presented at pickup.
03 / Deposit & Fuel
Two amounts never appear in the daily rate: the refundable deposit held on your card, and the fuel you return. Both are fixed per class, so the figure below is the figure printed on the contract at a Kyiv city hub.

The hold is taken in UAH on the main driver's payment card at pickup and released once the car is checked in. Bank posting can add one to three days on top of our release window.

03 / WAIVER
Every car leaves a Kyiv city hub with the standard damage waiver already inside the daily rate. The excess is the sum held against your card if the vehicle returns damaged. You can lower it or remove it at pickup, and the extra is charged for each rental day.

The excess or hold is released within 5 to 10 working days after the car is checked in at the hub. Waiver prices are quoted per rental day and are added to the fare table total.
