Pricing and Fees Disclosure
This disclosure applies to all rentals from zestlom.com (PE, EDRPOU 32844929), Kyiv, Ukraine. It is provided under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 7, and Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.
Base rates
Displayed base rates are per 24-hour rental period. Rates vary by vehicle class, season, and rental duration. Daily rate includes 200 km; excess km charged at UAH 12/km. Weekly and monthly discounts apply automatically.
Taxes and city fees
All mandatory taxes are included in the base rate. A city fee of UAH 150 per rental day applies for pick-ups in Kyiv. Airport surcharge: UAH 250 per rental. These fees are shown before you confirm your booking.
Surcharges
Young driver (under 25): UAH 300/day. Additional driver: UAH 150/day. Cross-border travel: UAH 2,500 per rental (subject to approval). Late return: UAH 500 per hour, capped at one daily rate.
Optional extras
Child seat: UAH 100/day. GPS navigation: UAH 80/day. Winter tyres: UAH 120/day. These are optional and selected at checkout.
Deposit holds
A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised on your card at pick-up: UAH 15,000 for economy, UAH 30,000 for SUV, UAH 50,000 for premium. The hold is released within 7 business days after return, subject to vehicle condition.
"From" prices
"From" prices indicate the lowest available base rate for the selected period and vehicle class. They exclude optional extras, surcharges, and deposit holds. Total price is confirmed at checkout before payment.
Complaints and disputes
Under Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, you may file complaints to info@zestlom.com. Unresolved disputes may be appealed to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.

All advertising is truthful and identifiable under Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996. We do not mislead about rental terms or vehicle condition.
