One-way rules between city hubs

Collect in one city and return in another. The drop-off fee is a fixed city to city amount, confirmed in writing before you pay, and the deposit terms stay the same as on a round trip.

  1. Book at least 24 hours ahead. One-way requests need a day of notice so the car can be reserved at the receiving hub.
  2. The destination hub must be open. Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro accept returns outside opening hours for 320 UAH. Read the after-hours return conditions.
  3. Fuel is full to full. Bring the tank back at the level you received. Refuelling at the destination hub is billed at the posted station price plus 90 UAH.
  4. Driver requirements do not change. Minimum age 23, licence held for at least 2 years, and identification, licence and payment card shown at pickup.
  5. The deposit stays the same. The refundable amount depends on car class and is released within 5 to 10 working days. See deposit and fuel terms.

The drop-off fee covers relocation and preparation at the receiving hub. Fuel, tolls and parking are paid by the driver. Mileage is unlimited inside Ukraine.

04 / AFTER HOURS

Returning a car after the hub closes

Keys dropped outside opening hours are accepted at four Kyiv hubs and at the Lviv and Odesa airport desks. The return has to be booked at least 4 hours before the hub closes, and the latest slot we confirm is 23:30.

Procedure

  1. Call +380 732 092 4513 before 20:00 with the hub, the car class and your estimated arrival time.
  2. Park in the marked bay and photograph the dashboard, the odometer and all four sides of the body.
  3. Put the key and the vehicle documents in the drop box, then turn the locking dial until it stops.
  4. The shift manager confirms mileage and fuel level the next morning, before 10:00.
